We offer a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your course to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 7 days of purchase, and the course must not have been substantially consumed, including but not limited to:

  • Downloading course materials or resources
  • Accessing premium bonuses or certificates
  • Requesting a refund after receiving the full value of the digital product

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately if:

  • You did not receive access to your course
  • You were charged incorrectly
  • You received access to the wrong course
  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, certain purchases are non-refundable, including:

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong course, please contact us within 7 days. In some cases, we may offer an exchange for another course of equal value.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
